This tea is charactrised by its very loosely rolled leaf. Taiwan is the oolong hotspot worldwide. The rarest varieties get on EU orgnic seal and we have sourced them for you. This tea is charactrised by a very coarse, hand- rolled leaf.
Aroma
It has a a floral-sweet flavour. Fresh taste of this oolong appears more clearly after second to third infusion. In the cup, it impresses with a bright amber- like colour.
Benefit and drinking time suggestion
Contains L-theanine an amino acide compound. It has more caffeine than green tea but less than black tea. You can drink it all day.
Advice
1 bag of Parzaran Oolong tea blended with cardamom in 250 ml or 500 ml of hot water between 80°c to 100°c, brew time 3 to 5 minutes.
Format and packaging
This is loose tea blended with cardamom in a unit dose bag.
Accompaniments and accessories
Biscuits, chocolates or dates are the best accompaniments. For brewing the tea is advised to use a strainer in a mug or in a teapot with a strainer.
