Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with Belgian law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us within this period by contacting our customer service. After notifying us, you will have an additional 14 days to return the products.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Certain items are not eligible for a return or refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers).
  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. cosmetics, underwear).

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective product). If we are at fault, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise requested. Please note that the time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with proof of the issue (e.g. photos) and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable. For defective products covered under warranty, our customer service will assist you with the necessary steps.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
