Gyokuro means ‘Jade Droplets’ and Mikoto is an old Japanese term for the emperor. This tea is one of the finest shade varieties.Only the most delicate leaves of the first days of Spring are used. True connaisseurs will appreciate its emrald – green needles.

Aroma
It has a fresh, lightgreen coloured cup and a sweet- savoury flavour.

Benefit and drinking time suggestion
Contains L-theanine an amino acide compound. Low in caffeine. This is an evening tea.

Advice
1 bag of Parzaran green tea blended with cardamom in 250 ml or 500 ml of hot water between 80°c to 100°c, brew time 3 to 5 minutes.

Format and packaging
This is loose tea blended with cardamom in a unit dose bag.

Accompaniments and accessories
This green tea is so sweet that you can drink it just after your supper even without a sweet accompaniment. For brewing this tea is advised to use a strainer in a mug or a tea pot with a strainer.
